don't worry - results probably avearge but analyst prospects next year for service apartments very good and better than hotels and this REIT is the KING OF SERVICE APARTMENTS LISTED If it goes down, let me have a chance to pick up some more |

to answer : the NAV is approx $1.36 been through several crash , from experience - all reits will hit NAV when economy recovers it can reach $1.80 provided good DPU and euphoria due to IR - thats already stretching the limits difficult to hit $2 is - my guess only |
