don't worry , have faith in construction in Singapore, vested today 20 lots @ 0.67 Aug 17 done price 0.65 with high 0.75 , 52 weeks high 1.10 , potential swing of 64% uptrend. Nett profit 19 millions, 860% up 1H 07 . can't be wrong, recommend BUY! |

Just don't understand the logic. YN is already hitting 70 cents and CES is still hovering there when it used to be so much more than YN.... For those vested, let's hope that people will realise that CES is still cheap and has not really move so it's a good bet.... Any views. |

When the bet is on the down side, do you think it will go up. Stock plays up or down depends on the BBs bet on up or down. We have to just follow their waves. |

I am tempted to buy this counter today too. Seems like a reasonable price compared to few weeks ago. This counter has not recover yet. |

The trading volume on this counter is not high at the moment. It means not time for any push yet. Buy and keep for hugh gains later on. Just to give an idea of the estimated profit margins expected from the CityVista Residences project if all sold at $2,600 per sq ft - a massive $100-$120 million (50% of their share). If Liam Beng reaches 80 cents (small and low load order), CES easily $1.50. CES is no longer a pure construction company, a high % of their income is from property development. |

Hi I am a newbie. From the peak stock price of 1.19 to today closing price price of 0.73; seem a long way down .. Since this is a solid company, any idea why ppl selling down the counter? |

CES has reached a peak stock price of $1.19 before the market crash in August 2007. Pls go to chip.eng.seng.com.sg and u will see the whole list of their projects. CES is a major HDB contractor, it is likely that many of us may be staying in one of their creations (home). To name a few properties recently launched and sold, Ventuno Balmoral (35), City Residences (70), Parc Condominium (659 units), ..etc. Imagine the profit margin out of theseeeee properties |

from the chart, no doubt, the price now is cheap..august 17, price range (0.575-0.75) and close at 0.65, next day aug 20, close at 0.72 , well, I would say it is a good buy.., not to forget, 0.72 forms a support point at June 11, 2007... but, share with us the key project they are doing now.. as I know "0" of them.. at least, I know yongnam circle lines, CSC, marina bay , but chip eng seng? but, i always like to have much bargain price, what about 0.625 (May 07 price) ? as now market still bumpy, I think there is still a chance... all the best. |

Chip E S is fully loaded till 2010, all properties launched had good take up rates, with the new financial statement to be implemented in 2008, u are going to see HUGE profits. Those who are realted to construction will tell u that CES is the best local construction company in town. ROCK Solid!!!! The housing slump in US is a blessing in disguise. Raw materials from US is much cheaper with the devaluation of the dollar, this makes up more than the high oil prices. Don't sell till $1.50 !!!!! |
