wow, gone up again. Apology, didnt manage to post 'TheEdge' cos its in hard copy, no soft copy available. For readers information, TheEdge is a weekly investment magazine available at selected bookshops. Price is $3, half price if you subscribe. I got mine from Kinokunya. Most of the time stocks featured in the magazine will move up the wk after featured. I'm typing out selected portion of the article for forumers's view (no time to type all) :
The company finally found its destiny when it acquired 68% of specialist home builder KHC in March 2005 for $65.4million, in a deal that was financed by bank loans and bond insurances. ?it took us two years to improve Katsumi, and our own people run it now,? says Meno. ?We now believe that we have developed a good package in that company.? For the FY ended March 2007,
Meno expects KHC to continue making progress on its own, helped along by a modest recovery in
?After improvement in the corporate sector, the salary for employees has been improving,? says Takeshi Akagi, associate director of research and advisory at Jones Lang LaSalle. ?As consumers are more ale to pay their rent for housing, the value of residential properties will rise accordingly. However, considering the the value of residential property is stable by nature, the pace at which it rises will be slow, and not drastic, unlike office space.?
The Japanese Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transportation survey of 2006 revealed that land prices rose 0.6% in
With their strongest arm able to run on its own steam,

Hi uychan12, sudden increase with huge volume is due to the article in weekly TheEdge Singapore dated 11 June titled 'Japan Land diversifies earnings base as homebuilding business takes off'. Positive article containing interviews with JapanLand's management. |

Japan Land is off radar. How come no one mention of this co. Big volume accumulation yesterday and suddenly quiet. Then move again! Very unusual. No extraordinary news and ok company making decent profit. No hype about this share but it surged from 0.09 to 0.11. Steadily supported after each climb. Why, why tell me why? |

Buy only when cheap-cheap... This can be one of the best strategies. Another great strategy is: Buy high sell higher... Life is so complicated... hehe... :) |

I believe that what is required is patience. They are starting to have 3 million plus of revenue from their Internet Data Centre project. So just to update you guys, Japan Land is the developer for this project. After the development, they will be engaged in the management of this Internet Data Centre. I believe maybe the company has high borrowings at the moment thats why people are not willing to push the stock up. But as they pay off their borrowings, the price should gradually move up. Anyway, my target for year end is 11 cents. |
