Ayoh... pikachu... Why you so like dat??? I expect you to have done some homework (ie. reading up) on trendlines. Trendlines are basic to technical analysis. Anyway, lower (support) trendlines are normally lines joining two or more points which are the extremities of price movements over a particular period of time. |

Hi punter2006, That's a good price. The price will probably fall after XD. Not sure what the divvies are for this one. From TA perspective, still not too healthy yet. |

Hi iPunter, Can you let me know where your support lines are drawn? Start from where and at which price and end where? Cheers! |

pikachu... Actually there are 2 'support lines' that can be drawn, one being slightly higher than the other. The price of 3.00 is actually an estimated one and it lies between the two support lines drawn. In my view, if the stock falls below 3.00, I will sell it instead of holding (if I have it) or buying because it's 'cheaper' by then. But like I always said, I am ready, always ready, to immediately accept that my judgement is wrong the very instant the market tells me I am wrong. I will then do what I need to do to. |

Hi ipunter, How did you come to the conclusion about the $3.00 level? You mentioned "visuals".... can you describe what you mean? |

shplayer... If I was in, I would have 'panicked' on 13 Mar and jumped out 'at the market' and probably sold at 3.44. This is purely on the technical basis after the fall from 3.64. |

Sorry, typo error...should be '3.64 on 12 and 13 March...' instead of 6.64 |

iPunter, Sorry if my question was not clear. NOL peaked at 6.64 on 12 and 13 March. In your post to pikachu, you said that you would have dumped the share before it fell to the current level of about 3.20 (closed @ 3.18 today). So, at what level would the trend lines have prompted you to divest? Thanks |

shplayer... I don't go for %, etc. I only stick to the actual 'visuals', ie. mainly trendlines. 3.00 is the next support level. If it bounces from there, one can still hold till it falls from the top of the bounce and penetrates that support (3.00), whereupon one should dump it. This is what I would have done. But styles vary much among people. |

iPunter, At what level would you have dumped it? Is is based on % from the peak? or some support line? |

It is likely for NOL to bounce at the trendline, but whether the bounce point will turn into a true support for an ensuing uptrend is left to be seen. As it is, the main primary longer-term uptrend is still intact. If you want some 'insurance', you may wish to prepare to 'dump' if it goes below 3.00. |

Short term wise (1-2 weeks), I think NOL is actually downtrending. Both Acc/Dist and Chaikin are downtrending. |
