x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I still think it not the time to hold for long. I basically rotating a few counters for short term profit regardless of up or down trend, as long the counter able to move a few bids within few days. Of course, we may miss a bigger profit when the counter "cheong" after taking profit. I traded F&N few rounds with profit but missed a bigger profit recently. I took few rounds of profit for Jardine C&C despite the sell down. Though Jurtec has been trading flat for many months, I also took profit by following the waves. Now penny stocks are shaking like mad, I do take few counters for quick profit. But to limit the risk and financial exposure, I hold 3 counters the most  at any time and prepare to hold if below cost. Of course, index warrant still my main play. Just look at the wide swing of HSI and Nikkei in some days, high risk but big profit. If it turns against you, just pay up and wait for it to recover. Good luck!

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Hi  Giantlow,   same surname as yours.   Teochew Clan hor!   Another sad story to share with you.   Bought  STATS  at   $5.00 plus few years back  -  wow,  diahrrhoea liao.   IPO  was   $3.30 and went up to  more than  $9.00.  It dropped to almost  $5.00.  thought GOOD  Buy.  Kena  backfired!  That's why never catch a falling knife.  Learn a very expensive lesson

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Just for info, there were times when CSM's listing in SGX led Nasdaq later at nite. But now, the table has turned the other way round: Nasdaq's last closing is leading CSM the next day in SGX .... Beware that the table might reverse again ya.

To keep CSM is worthwhile consideration for long term as expected the stock price go up throughout the year 2007. With so many projects on the pipeline, CSM can deliver good results.

Trading Chartered could give you quick profit but not to keep for long term at this moment. My play is take 25 lots when weakness and dump when up 4 bids. The 5 lots gain pay for commission and 20 lots for profit. Holding normally not more than 3 weeks.
