Understood, the previously placement is at S$0.46x, thus so call BB will not pay more than that, I guess. LOL . Anyway, if this take over or merge event could not go through at the end, C20 will need to pay cash S$1m. FYI. |

If I remember correctly, this counter had 2 placement before - one time at S$0.36x and the last time is S$0.43x or S$0.46x. Good Luck to me and the rest who still holding tight to this counter ! | ||

From what I interpret, seems like after the merger, Swissco will be a subsidary of C20 and will be delisted, and the price is either part cash and share or others. Then I wonder the price offer to Swicssco is S$0.89, then why swissco still at S$0.855 ? May be someone can digest the report, as my "angmoh" no good ! LOL | ||

Must be careful, it is mentioned long time ago that it will buy from the founder - Yeo family (Swissco) at S$0.89. It is not acquired from the public, thus it shows no impact, 1 months ago or Dec 09, I can't remember the date, Swissco is only 0.78 even they announce, and Swissco did not jump. I just hold on to my C20 and see what is coming after they transform from an IT business to current marine and future of controlling % in Swissco. I am no expert, I am also a trader in here to learn from everyone and share what we know to make some profit from investing. Today juncture, info and fast in obtaining it is = to power = to $$.
