Last week when i asked my frenz to invest in wee hur due to high divden yield...he asked me it is a china stock....why ? Because wee hur seldom entertain media to give more coverage..even their sold result are not publish in newspaper

I think it took up loan for it parc centros project land cost...money only come in after project complete..huge cash pile is to get ready to pay thomson view cost..ya lkh and ue&c also good to invest

Hi, would like to check with you, If Wee hur has so much cash at 200m, how come they still have such huge debts such that it is in net debt? Plus they still issue warrants which will dilute the earnings? I compare it with UE E& C, the latter seems much better? UE E& C: Net cash, 7% dividend yield, trading below book value (wee hur p/b 1.5) gearing of 0.11. Other similar companies such as LKH/UE E& C do also have huge cash balances of 215m and 105m. Just would like to hear your views thanks! |

It about time to.buy if u all interested....it hard to buy at the lowest and hard to sell at the highest.....dont.play contra on wee hur..buy using cpf or extra fund the best...return in yield more than.5 and capital gain.more be more than twenty by sep 2014... | ||

Hearing ended last month....result should be out soon...i bet good result..so i buy more and more....but incase did not get it...200millions cash is the support with strong dividen yield..pay ratio at 50percent. Hope they can set up a investment co to invest in stock..recently some wee hur director made millions from.matex and mirach placement...hope the company can involve and make more instant gain 300percent within weeks..they become lobang king..hope shareholder can get some benefit too | ||

Cash on hand 201.0 millions...how.many.company got this.amount .i expect that will make near to 100 millions profit in year2014&2016 due to premium & parc centros....and maybe 4-5cents dividen in 2014&2016 each...the new practise say profit.can only report after.complete..both project completely sold...and best to.come...thomson view.project..i will share what i expect they.can made from....

Is Wee Hur is currently net cash of about 68mil? The gearing seems a bit high at 68% and a p/b of 1.56? What are the hidden gems in the company? Can share? I merely glanced at the latest quarter reports. |
