Any way this penny stock is solely base on speculation - no ground for it to go high Agree -   speculation can cause people Bankrupt. Better invest in stock that make money base on good company with renueue and divident.

So a possible scenario could be : some Malaysia based tycoons (involved in transport business ? ) maybe be invited to build MRT lines in Johor. If like this, a Disneyland may even consider setting up in Johor soon ? (heard Disneyland considered that before)
