Hi AlwinL, I'm afraid I can't answer your Question on this. This really depends on your Risk Profile, Holding Horizon & how much is your faith in the wider economy now. Afterall, it is $ that is in your pocket. & what i could do is to provide information on what i knew. The rest, you really have to make your own calling. Personally wise, I find 0.450 is a very good price to accumulate. *This counter not really suitable for contra trade. It is for longer horizon. For good counters, the only time to buy cheap is only when others are fearful and shunning the market. The 'understanding one's' of the counter, are the usual ones' buying around this time since, they are using real cash. When time comes for a rebound, the common folks then follow would be too late. So long, if you understand what are the companies potential you are buying into. It is perfectly alright. See earlier posting... *This counter does not support contra trade due to its issue float. Be careful, if contra trade, dont' get trap. I am of a longer horizon on this counter. Bullish Flag Breakout of 0.44 testing a hit of 0.47 now. Base on chart, should be able to take out 0.46 & close @ 0.475 at closing today. Once, 0.46 taken out. This week should be able to retest its all time high 0.57,0.655. Volume is very healthy & slowly picking up. Formation of a Sanku 3_gap ongoing for this week? |

Updates on DS from my last post. Issued paid up shares (10 Aug 2007: 220.5m shares after placement of 10.5m additional shares) Before placement: 210million shares. ______________________________________________ Various reason for huge potential upside: 1)Cheap valuations & strong fundamentals. See below for my reasoning. 2)Order book record high of $132.7m as of 10 Aug 2007; Current date of this post is 01 Nov 07, Last done @ 0.385(01/11/07) market price. 3)Taking just ORDER BOOK as of 10 Aug 07. That is ALREADY 1.56 times [132.7/(0.385*220.5] its current market cap of $84.89m (220.5*0.385). My previous post on the 23-Oct-07 saw DS comes down from 0.425 to rest @ Fibonacci support@0.40. (post on 23-Oct Fibo 50% 0.36 typo; just realise) But (50%) 0.400 fibonacci is holding very well for the week, despite Merrill Lynch announce a huge write down from the sub-prime mortgage crisis.

On Wednesday (17/10/07), Merrill reported a third-quarter loss of US$2.3 billion and announced that it would take a write-down of US$7.9 billion on sub-prime mortgages and complex debt instruments ---------------------------------------------------------------------- My observation: DS fibonacci support holding strong at 0.395/0.400(50%) for last 4 trading days out of whole last week 5trading days; strong bid support. At 26/10/07 (Friday), Daily MACD is smoothening out. Short term stochatic are strengthing forming Price vs Indicator divergence with sell volume drying. Short term catalyst to affect market sentiments is only on FED meeting 31/Oct/2007 Base on above, I foresee there is a 80%upside for upside prices. Of course, nothing is for sure. PotentialEntry: S$0.40 Resistance: S$ 0.435/0.440 (gap down resistance)
Short term Fibonacci resistance: S$0.460 Pls no contra for DS.You might get trap.
