Just for info, always believe IEV is speculative play. UOBKH IEV Holdings – Evolving into an Integrated Energy Solutions Provider (BUY/S$0.53/Target: S$0.63) Reiterate BUY and target price of S$0.63, an 18.9% upside from the current price. We value IEV based on a sum-of-the-parts methodology consisting of: a) the offshore engineering and natural gas distribution segments, valued at 8.9x and 8.3x 2012F PE respectively, at a 30% discount to peers, and b) the market value of IEV’s 20.5% stake in listed associate CNG Vietnam (CNG VN). Upside to target price. We expect further PE multiple expansion and upside to our target price if IEV successfully transforms itself into an integrated energy solutions provider. Applying 11.9x and 14.9x FY12F PE to the offshore engineering business would imply target prices of S$0.81 and S$0.99 respectively |
