Giantlow... Aren't 'punters' also serious? Punters just realise the uncertain nature of the stock market, so they act according to their perception and make some punts on probabilties. But, as always, hopefully they won't punt too big or they stand to lose their pants... or even their g-strings... :) |

My sister is better at warrants. She advised me to get a lower strike price and not too long expiry date. You pay a higher premium with longer expiry date |

well..i wont pin too much hope on 24th Jan for a bull run on SPC...better pray for a "Day after Tomorrow" scenario instead...then again...do u wish that? |

nickyng, For me, a punt is quick in and out. Either make some beer money or cut loss. More of a 'gut feel' TA....not based on FA. Does not matter if price can sustain or not. As FA practioner, I punt occassionally to add some excitement...otherwise, sticking strictly to FA is very boring. |

Just a point for all to ponder: Yes the winter may be arriving late... instead of a winter that last 5 months (in Scandinavian countries), it comes late but still ends around April. i.e. a short winter that last only 2.5 to 3 months. So, is there chance to recup the "lost" winter months. |

hmm...do u guy find it funny? in US/Europe winter are coming late...and then in SouthEast Asia at least..there's torrential unusal high raining ?? hmm...the weather is getting no gd....will that mean a deferred SPC stock bull-run? hee... |
