What AK interpreting is that, d main culprit is short of fund. It is very busy in sourcing capital for d running of d coy n future biz expension. Requesting for extention of sus, mainly:

D potential co-investor Pytheas, Cyprus is still negotiating with d management for final deal.

Couple with d above, d main reason is that last FY rpt was on 31 Mar 08, coy dun want to resume trading as to ensure that d shareholders n retail investors carrying on trading while there is no complete data to reflect d status of d coy.  And coy will carrying on to source for other revenue for increasing d opt capital base  n at d same time to expedite d existence of d Pytheas involment in d coy.
