SGX Trading Volume is more than 1B in 1/2 a day trading. Good New!!!!! Keep it up!!! Keep it up!!! When time of more than 3B in a day, It's time to say that Smart Money is coming back. |

Wah, big wok, early d morning broke d 1700, another psych level. Dun take paracedemol, take 100 plus with H20. Ha ha, clr AIG, but didn't clr Citi, it closed at 3.13. I reQ it at 3.40 n bought in Fannie May(a penny stock in DJ) b4 went to bed 2.30am. Need to catch up STI ds morning mah. Anyway, d efforts made yesterday on STI, not wasted, got returns. Wise saying in Chinese, Earn Less, Sell More, delicious penny stocks lah.

Rises on constant low volume may mean the funds are waiting, nibbling and accumulating at the same time... Be assured small players are insignificant as far as market movement is concerned... they can only hang on the coat tails of the movers like 'parasites'...

Sorry, can get it from yahoo, but not very flexible as it gives charts for 1d, 5d,3m,6m,1y, 2y 5y and max, and the charts are very small. SJ used to have STI charts which is very flexible. After the change of STI, SJ no longer contain STI data, why ? | ||||

The funds will follow one another... As a rule, they don't jump in and out, at least not without reason... They may get in, then step aside and accumulate some cheaply during the pause, before jumping in again. When they jump in, this is when the price rises. The funds (all type of big boys) are the sole reason for a stock's rising trend. |

If the volume comes from BBs, it would be an even better sign because markets gains are more sustainable when big players are involved. These are informed players who will not buy/sell in very short time frames. Having said that, note that this is only ONE day so it is hard to tell if BBs are really buying in again. Let's wait and see over the next couple of weeks.

But dont you agree that the volume really comes from fund managers/BB? Once this week is up they might just leave en masse. All those retail will die (as usual)
