There r 2 scenarios on pre marke open Qing, Q buy n Q sell. Can do it a day before fr trading day, after market close, or even over Sat or Sun or public holiday.

Q buy: Says, u q at 1.26  to buy a stock a nite before next trading day, n happen that some one also q to sell at 1.25 before the next trading day, if both orders reach SGX next trading day, then seller would hv advantage of getting a cent more loh.

On the other hand, if u q to sell a stock at 1.26 before trade, n other also q at buy at 1.27 or even higher, then if SGX opens with only buyer at 1.27, then your sell px would be 1.27 or even higher if your lots were not completer eaten completely.

hi bladez, jus tot of sharing this whc i'd read smwhere before - cash is also a position in itself, for attack capital when signals are compelling.

MIT shld recover soon enough today or nxt few days as the top play for many BBs, how one reads the signs (frm their perspective) is a form of art n science. Wish u well on having a gd exit! keke... bt and ice tomato hav proven yet again to hav the fastest fingers & quick decision makers hands down!!

can someone advise me. if i wanna sell at 2.3, and i Q at 2.3 now. will the pre opening matching, cause my Q to be eaten at a lower price? cause this morning i q to sell GLP at 1.26 pre opening, then opening got eaten at 1.28.

i was wondering if the reverse applies to. like Q at higher price but get eaten at lower. thanks. i intend to do it for MIT, cause i bought at 1.19. planning to sell at 1.19 also XD thanksssssssssssssssssssssss

i meant the black candle on Thurs (-4c, 2.22 at close) after this Wed's bullish breakout with long white candle (+11c, 2.26 at close) to retrace prx slightly is not something unusual. today's ipo debut wld have contributed somewhat imo.

the market works in a way that for pre open/close .. ur lot will never sell at a lower price than what u had set; will never buy higher than a price u wanted to buy. example.. if u queue to sell at 3, it wont sell for anything below 3. if preopen is more than 3, example 3.01 than ur lot is sold at 3.01. if it opens at 2.99, than ur 3 queue will still be there until the price goes up to 3 and it's ur turn to sell.
