Have observed that many times, many companies commit typo errors in announcements or reports. Not vested, but just like to point out that in a case of 4 cents, it is normally given as $0.04, 4 cents. If it is stated as cents: 0.04, or 0.04 cents, then it is $0.0004 cents. A 1 cent company will be mad to pay a 4 cents dividends. If this is the case, then dump all your cash first into the counter, collect dividends, then sell them back the l cent share. Cheers. |

And by the way,, my target price for unloading is about 14-15 cents onwards when the action would have begun....... No stock that has seen accumulation for months and then creeping up for several weeks fizzle off just like that unless market turns. otherwise.....today is day 3 of what i expect it to be a 30-60 day campaign. |

4 cents my friend......the coy is indeed cashrich. $62m in the bank. or 12cents cash. Cashflow is also positive 6.2m coy is a cash company on top of being profitable..... The fact that it is trading below cash value amazes me...... I think at least for me, I've done my homework when I got in at 4.5 to 5cents..... : )))

whoever from the company made the announcement should re-take his PSLE, it is mathematically wrong to annotate as "$0.04 cents". If it is 4 cents, it should be written as $0.04 or 4 cents. If it is 0.04 cents, then it should be written as 0.04 cents. No such thing as $0.04cents. How the company spokesperson for this announcement got his/ her education makes me wonder.

tell me it is a ploy...selling q of 5323 lots at 10.5c..the last time i face this , the q disappear on the very next min..and the px was push up... look fishy...this one i thk got prospect for some bet...but i thk tomolo china stock will soar.. |

Based on the First Quarter Financial Statement and dividend announcement dated 13 May 09, the company is having S$23,298,000.00 of Share Capital and divided into 520,025,000 share. Therefore, each share is $0.0448. With the Total Equlty of S$67,000,000.00, the NAV per share is $0.1288. After the company gave 4 cents as dividend, the company's NAV should be $0.0888 per share. IMHO, I believe that the dividend declared should be $0.04 (or 4 cents), which came from the net profit of $0.0437 per share (or 4.37 cents per share) for the financial year ended 31 Dec 08. |

Hi all, Please wake up la.. the dividend is 0.04cts and is not 4cts. The annoucement said that the dividend is $0.04 cents, means 0.04cts, if 4cts it will just put $0.04 instead. Just think logically, the Company 1st quater earning per share is only 0.4cts, do you think they will declare 4cts dividend? the Company needs to pay $20mil if the dividend is 4cts. Do you think the Company is so cash rich? If the dividend is really 4cts the share price now is 30cts already instead of 10cts. Please think carefully and do your homework before invest. |

In view of all the confusion over the amount of divident, i.e 4c or 0.4c or 0.04c.......perhaps we can clarify the format of reading $$$ and cccc. Say, you see a sign $7.45cents....how much is it? It is Seven dollars and forty five cents. The figure to the left of the decimal is dollars, first digit to left is 10 cents and second is 1 cent. Achieva declared $0.04cent........so its zero dollars and 4 cents. |

Interesting forecast Victorian2. If yield is at 20%, share price will be around 20.0c. Let's see if there will be more funds coming in to push up the share price. | |||

Ah Ya.. finally managed to call Faye Wong.. and she puts me to an extension in Accounts.. 176.. and then I waited and waited till the cow comes home ..no body picks up the phone. I am convinced about the 4cents.. I just want to find out when they are going to announce it in the press..and than we all can huat together meh.. you got answer for that ?? |

day 2 of annoucement... people are talking about achieva now.. the stage is set for BB to take this counter into the top 20 for the next month of so. that would be the 1st stage after the accumulation of the stock from 4.5c to 8c over 4 weeks. This early stage will be so till coy announced CD date and payout day. Then stage 2 of the play will begin..... How's it's done...here's how? just my forecast. The current yield of stock is 40% at 10c price..... and that's before CD. Wihtout confirmation, it will float around 10 - 12c. Why 12c/13, that's NTA Price. If 13c, the premoum is very very small and sustainable since EPS is about 0.5c. When the CD is confirmed, historical yields should come down to about 15 to 20% given we are still in a bear market. the yields still have to be double digit as we are in a bear market. In a bull market, the yield is usally 4-7%. For those who follow 2nd chance, their annoucned divi always starts at about 20-25% and by XD, divi comes down to about 10%. So if we use 20% yield, shareprice will be forecasted to be 20c. This is where the BBs will play the stock within this range of price in the next 1 to 2 mths. As long as the CD is not accnounced... the suspense will be there and will be easy to price move the stock...ie manipulate. When the news is out..... less likely for price manipulation unless it's accoompanied by corporate moves. ie new major shareholder or injection of new biz. Rights issue.....price will be kep high to ensure high takeout rate. AGM approved a 1 for 1 rights issue and a 50% new share price issue. For it to be approved at a EMG, the founder and miniorities will have to vote for it.. so a high price is necessary for all to be happy!!! ;))) this is where 15 to 20c is possible. Don't forgeet, with 12c in the bank, even with the payout, there will still be 40m in the bank or 8.5c. A takeover or rights issue at 14- 16c will stil leave the new owner with a discounted takeover price cos there's 8.5c in the bank. The coy is profitable and with positive cashflow of 6m.... the bank will keep having funds credited as oppose to being taken out. So doing nothing is the best policy ie expansion. Watch for the stock in the next 1-2mths Will be very interesting.... | |||
