x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	SEOUL: North Korea's state media ramped its bellicose rhetoric up another notch Thursday, warning of a " thermonuclear war" as the UN Security Council prepared to vote on new sanctions against the state. Following Tuesday's announcement by the military that it would rip up the 1953 armistice ending the Korean War, the North Korean ruling party's official mouthpiece, Rodong Sinmun, warned of an imminent conflict. " With the armistice nullified, it would be no surprise if a global thermonuclear war breaks out," the newspaper said. " The war will not be confined to the Korean peninsula," it said, reiterating Pyongyang's claims to have rockets capable of striking the US mainland. While most observers shrug off such rhetoric, there are concerns that tensions on the Korean peninsula are escalating to the point where even a minor border incident could swiftly snowball into something more serious. South Korea's defence ministry says the North is preparing to hold its own large-scale military manoeuvres next week, involving all three wings of the armed forces. Source:AFP

Aredi sold out slightly more than 50% liao.  Located in Cavite, 30km sth Manila. Gt 4 integrated resorts projects,  1 big shopping complex.    Hesitate a bit cos nt freehold.  Pls feel free to share

Gt 4 integrated resorts projects,  1 big shopping complex.    Hesitate a bit cos nt freehold.  Pls feel free to share. rutheone1905      ( Date: 07-Mar-2013 17:39) Posted: actually i n few sgrean just bought few completed units from the redeveloper (sound gangho) n we just adv in local newspaper to solicit tenants. i only go for students in uni, other ppl may just rent out to whoever or whatever knocks on their doors.  in GZ nobody cares who the investors although law say cannot. my investment for tat few units is merely sgd 70K we engage a agent there to collect rental.   so far i got back sgd12K le. the rent is good becos in big cities rental very very expensive it is more expensive in our units psf but long queue waiting. my frenz rents short term his rents r 5 times mine he is a happy man but i cant tahan his units like garbage bins but he doesnt care he alrdy recoup everything liao. mine units still got hello kitty stickers (very new) in the room lol
