STI to cross 3000 boosted by long-term investors

My personal target for oil was $74 to be tested. But just saw how banks closed. I'm quite bearish on finance sector. There should be one final thrust for commodities. Do note, STI has shown quite a bit of bearishness at 2400 since last 2 weeks. My guess is, 2387 will be of significance on monday. Unless DJIA does something totally beyond trade expectations by tonight (+/- more than 120 at end of day.) |

Just be careful.....earning season around the corner....will get volatile man.....see Beyonics being punished for loss.....down 15%.

oil is heading up as forcast...so it is good time to build position in oil and energy related stock.. i thk and hope that we still got some distance to go....some 10%.. |

u are right...2009 is an extra ordinary year...and now i have a second thking on gold and silver as well...i thk it is bullish, no correction to summer.. extra ordinary year,,,extra ordinary performance...but i still thk it is still a bear rally..from very bad to very good...it that look ordinary???it shd be gradually right? even TA and chart is out of pahse..

It is neither a holy grail tat "Fri is a selling day" nor "Sell in May n go away". If life is dictated by such simple rule, then no need to do TA liow lor, life would be so much simpler. Look at last mth, May, was it true? And look at all the index n stock charts n see is it thru tat it is always casted in stone tat "Fri a selling day", it is just a fool's way of thinking not a trader's thinking.

people's mindset always think Friday is selling day low, keep selling to take profit .... no choice le, no one wants to hold over the weekend, as no bright indication wat will happen next week .... normal la .... later when HK keep chiong, then people will start to buy up again .... |
