Aiyoh, I no master lah. Just realised I overlooked an important textbook wave staring at me! The diagonal started 08Feb to 15 April is a "giveaway" hint that it is a rare leading diagonal A wave of a sideways ABC (because leading diagonals are never wave 2 and wave B !!).

Ideally, Capland should touch 3.62, to complete B of B, then reverse to complete a 'C' of B, ideally at 4.25 . Then afterwhich it should continue to drop to 3.43 (where A=B).

That means the sharp drop from 19Jan till now should only be a 3 wave correction. That means, I am killing my other pessimistic count. Smiley

Ideal fibonnaci levels to wtach for:

1. $3.43 area (if price plunge thru tis without reversing immediately, then jia lat - means pessimistic count is in force)

2. $2.92 area (strong fibbo area for a breather and possibly a flat consolidation)

I am following 2 wave counts for Capland. One more optimistic, the other more pessimistic. But both requires me to spot 5 waves down from 15 April, which I cannot see at the moment - means price to continue its fall. Then I can decide which count to go for mid term trend. Not sure about wat u should do, but for me, just want to watch its development... Smiley

See you guys when reaching 4.42 to re-test the OCT 2009 and JAN 2010 high. If the price action stays within the uptrend channel, those resistance should be a piece of cake to break. I will prob unload half at the top of the channel - 4.60 by then. :p

So many kanchiong spiders. :p When losing money, you ought to sell but dont now its just making some money for you and you wanna sell it fast. With so many positive news, stay with the wave and surf along. Dont even bother looking at the market for the next two days... come back on Monday and take a peep. Its dividend play from now until May. But if you are still nervous about it, the next resistance I am looking at is 4.35 and channel resistance is 4.60

For example,

If you have shorted CFD 50 lots @4.07 two weeks ago...

Then today you cover by buying back 50 lots @3.68,

At the same time, or on the same day, you buy a separate 50 lots @3.68 ( or lower)
