x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The more positive possibility is to use the warrants as a reference point to signal to the market and investors what the company feels is a more appropriate valuation of the share price.  Having additional funds is just icing on the cake.  Using this to pay dividends does not seem logical.  There must be lots of discussion between YZJ and Citi reps on the number of warrants, expiry period and strike price - and everybody knows the traded price then ($1.10) and the knee jerk impact of the announcement.  I see a long position (but can be wrong call).
