Thank you equator2010 for your support , please correct me if I am wrong . I am more concern on the technical side of a stock , no matter how good the fundamental of a stock is , it must also go down if its technical does not do well in order to support its price ,therefore even blue chips can collapse when there are technical failure . I like to share your opinion . | ||

Epure has just started its bull run , as from 35 cents to 47 cents , it took 4 weeks to form the ascending triangle , today it broke new high to reach 51 cents n closed at 50 cents , it not only broke out from the ascending triangle , but also shot up rapidly to reach the uptrend channel , if again tomorrow it can power well enough to break this channel , then the final target could be 63 cents , | ||

Epure "s uptrend is sustainable , the ADX is rising , RSI is at over bought zone , the price is outside the Bollinger band , MACD has just shown buy signal , all the indicators are positive . Tomorrow may perform more well . | ||

Water projects are not too competitive compare to many other industry, sure make money unless the management team is not good, from results it appeared that they are not too bad. Fundenematals are good, chart is positive and only way is ........<shhhhh!> | ||

Epure 's 1st Q profit up 32 % n balance sheet is still strong as compare to other S- chips .The International Finance Corp (IFC ) ,the commercial lending arm of the World Bank Group has a 10 % stake in Epure . Epure believes IFC has invested in it for the long term . | ||

Compare Epure to Hyflux , they are dealing with recycled water or waste water ,n are about the same business . Technically they are both in the uptrends . Hyflux may go up to $ 2.61 is a 23 % profit margin , while Epure may go up to 59 cents is a 28 % profit margin . | ||

Epure made a new high at 47.5 cents on 11th May 09 untill now , taking three weeks to do the correction .Its chart has already formed a ascending triangle which develops when demand is growing,but continues to meet supply at a price level. Once the supply is adsorbed , price will break out of the triangle move up rapidly . Now the break out point is at 47.5 cents , once this point is cleared ,it will move rapidly to 59 cents . | ||

With some knowledge about this industry, I know this one is one that you keep for long and see it multiply, as long as the company is managing it well and not too greedy (psst...Sino-chip bad apples) you can bet your bottom dollar it will be one to collect.
