The nearly 1/5 increase in tax revenue is just one of the double-digit growth figures China will proudly announce in the coming weeks. Amid surging economic growth, the country's tax revenue hit a new high of 3.76 trillion yuan ($480 billion) in 2006.

While this figure indicates the robustness of the Chinese economy, more importantly, it means that the country can now introduce bigger tax incentives to boost its pursuit of energy-saving and environmentally friendly sustainable development.

About future share placement in short term, not now, maybe six to 12 months later as they just complete a big one recently, so i think they are still flush with alot of monies. I also think they has some big Amerian, Arab companies rich with cash to vest in.

Yap. It take those big boys (not retailer) to move those cents and there is quite alot of them, got Am.., Ar.., Du..., Ger.....banks and etc, may not need 50 millions to moving them to tp px $0.26c. just look at Energy Capital Partners Limited increasing its stake over several day.

I personnal think once it break thur 20c with heavy volume, other bigger boys may pick to move it a few more cents. Just mt tot after all they R vested big big, me vested small small, just tompang oni.

After the single purchase 2,500,000 mil share been bot up at 0.185, only 5 deal with a total of 290,000 share is done or changed hand at 0.180. Guess who would want to sell it down at 0.185 with oni 290 lots done!. When one party sell, d other party (someone got to buy it). I would rather think is been bot up by some institutional fund manager or Securities house (buy/sell almost worth $0.93 mil) If they wanted to sell, they would not want to let us know, selling them only when going is good and with good volume, it's bot up by d big boys.Teeth53 J
