Well :-) we can see that now the future is in quite positive with reading at +46 at this moment... It's still early to tell whether to open higher or lower but with the europe sentiment for now... We are good for now and can see back enjoy the soccer match tonight..... Hope Dow Jone can get 1% back by end of trading session.. then we can see maybe slight drop on HSI which we are very dependent on.... When can we detach from HSI? well should be never... hhahha,... cheers

I've got a pretty strong hunch that Dow will touch 12177 on Mon night, but may not drop more. It probably won't rebound dramatically, but I wouldn't expect too much of a further dip. Much depends on how much greed relative to fear is lurking in the markets. |

Relax, when DOW up and up, STI did not go up and up So tomolo, STI is predicted to go down but not too seriously Unless severe panic or short sell of course Then will there be a good time to pick bargains |

I menas no offend, sometime it seen smart to buy when there is blood on the street like they said. But after we bought ,the following day it get even cheaper, so we buy again and the thing keep repeating. This is true in a protracted bear market. Take care. Do this happen to you before? honestly ask yourself? Sell when BB sell, buy when BB buy, is more right thing to do most of the time. Smart money know the market more than we retailer do. And now, the fact is that those smart money have been leaving the market. You know what to do? Very soon you got stuck in the market for along time, if you keep buying on a down trend. My apology for the post if it sound not right,sorry. |

Solomon, I'm with you. Will buy up more if it drops for long term. Buy good quality blue chips. History has proven that these are resilient and recover when bull appears. Be optimistic. All the factors are known factors now and I don't think it will be that bad. Warrren Buffet has said that market in short term is like a jackpot, whereas, in long term with good pickings, it is a weighing machine. All the best.

Relax lah ! This kind of down is due to oil prices, Iran, 1 day unemployment report, etc - so less serious , 1 day down only It is not due to sub prime I will be looking for bargains to pick - intend to buy 10k worth of shares |

it is so not exciting at all...DOW had the year's biggest plunge on Friday... the oil surge (within 2 days)...breaking new records once more...nerve wrecking oil prices...more riots will grow with displeasure and if u were to trade oil...better not tell anyone... well...hope the world government will be pressured enough to do something seriously about it...and soon
