The deal comes amid lingering uncertainties about China's property market, including fears that speculative activity is too hot and that governmental tightening measures will crimp growth. But many analysts see substantial longer-term benefits from this transaction. "The market has been thirsty for this acquisition and their patience has paid off," UBS property analyst Regina Lim said. UBS has a buy recommendation on CapitaLand's stock. |

My own favourite method is to catch multi-baggers ... Which are about to sky-rocket ... It is the most satisying way to play stocks... Rather than wasting time with all the wriggly patterns... hehehe... |

Or you can take any of the coaching advertised in the newspapers... There are many good coaches out there too... They charge a few k's, but it's all good value for money... Just go through the English newspapers everyday and you will find them... |
