Rex Partners holds 100% of the share capital in Rex Commercial Ltd (" Rex Commercial" ). Dr Karl Lidgren is deemed interested in the shares issued in the capital of the Company held by Rex Commercial by virtue of Section 7 of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore. immediately after the transaction: no. of ordinary voting shares: 556,921,960 as a percentage of total no. of ordinary voting shares 55.43 Issuance and allotment of 28,000,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company in respect of the exercise of the over-allotment option by UOB Kay Hian Private Limited on 29 August 2013 (" Issuance and Allotment" ).

Hi ozone2002.,U get this info from prospectus?..At least Rex is still better than Kris Energy,though both in exploration biz ,fraught with uncertainties but what it takes just announcement of successes in their ventures or discoveries of hugh chunk og oil...thge price will soar..despite the looming treat of strike in Syria and Fed's tapering,Rex has held up well.

The Board of Directors of Rex International Holding Limited (the ?Company? and together with its subsidiaries, the ?Group?) refers to the announcements dated 30 July 2013 and 29 August 2013, and is pleased to announce the allotment and issuance of the 28,000,000 Additional Shares in respect of the Over-allotment Option, which had been exercised in full by UOB Kay Hian Private Limited as the Stabilising Manager on 29 August 2013 (?Allotment and Issuance?). Following the Allotment and Issuance, 28,000,000 Additional Shares have been returned to Rex Commercial Ltd pursuant to the terms of the Share Lending Agreement, and the Additional Shares will thereafter be subject to the moratorium undertaking as disclosed in the Offer Document. The Additional Shares shall rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Shares of the Company. Pursuant to the Allotment and Issuance, the total number of issued Shares of the Company has increased from 976,683,156 Shares to 1,004,683,156 Shares. The Additional Shares will be listed and quoted on the Catalist of the SGX-ST and trading will commence with effect from 9.00 a.m. on or around Monday, 2 September 2013.

T Rex today short sell only 5 lot, but why at the last minute buyer so hurry to buy all the 0.735 n 0.740, and the balance of 65 lot have to change to 0.750 to fight with last entry of 400 lot of 0.750
They are not short cover! Why? Monday will know! |

yep, that delay in the attack on Syria pending the UN's report due over the weekend has helped to calm some nerves and push the market up. if and when the attack starts, expect everything to go red again very fast |
