WOW Supreme indeed you earned that title, just by 1 chart and 2 faces BIG BIG and not so relevant report and the market can rally just because of that. Bu Kui called Supreme, Ozone some more deadly. Must learn from you. Did you manage to off load and make good money ? This BBs completely not even out of the wood.

Is there any further news catalysts ? Please share with us. Otherwise the stock will deflate further. The BBs' IPO closed on the 17 Oct 2012 and on the 12 Mar 2013 Chairman Antonny Melati has to response to SGX queries. I'm not surprise if it goes below 40 cts.

IT IS NOT common for independent directors to buy shares in the companies whose boards they serve on.

stkchart5.13Geo Energy stock has declined from a peak of 65 cents in Jan 2013 as coal prices softened. Chart: BloombergSome directors hold the view that by not being vested, they can better maintain an independence that would serve the interest of minority shareholders.

However, legendary investor Warren Buffett likes it that his board of directors at Berkhshire Hathaway comprises of shareholders, and big ones at that.

" At Berkshire, board members travel the same road as shareholders," Buffett wrote in his 2004 letter to shareholders, adding in 2005, " I know of no other board in the country in which the financial interests of directors are so completely aligned with those of shareholders."

It's noteworthy that two IDs of Geo Energy Resources have just bought shares in the Indonesian coal mine owner-cum-operator which listed on the Singapore Exchange in Oct 2012.

Another board member who is a non-executive director, the famed investor Jim Rogers, also has a vested interest in the company.

Bro, we are looking for pounds but it looks like shillings 100,000 @ $0.43 is a paltry $43,000 even 300,000 @$0.465 is $139,500. Pretty insignificant !!

If this will spur the directors to buy much more maybe 10,000,000 shares.  Smiley

NV Energy shares jump on Berkshire buy

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) — NV Energy Inc. shares jumped late Wednesday on news that a Berkshire Hathaway Inc. subsidiary is buying the Las Vegas-based electricity and natural-gas utility.

NV Energy shares rallied 24% to $23.94 in heavy volume after it said Berkshire’s MidAmerican Energy Holdings Co. is acquiring it for $23.75 a share, or $5.59 billion. Including debt, the deal is valued at about $10 billion, the companies said.



...any energy counters here has the potential as well???  Smiley

Agreed with you and jms, skeleton not out of the closet, " Pursuant to discussions with the Vendor, the independent technical reports for (i) PT Bomboy Central Prima Coal and PT Karya Permata Prima (ii) PT Kencana Wilsa and (iii) PT Central Coalindo Utama  are estimated to be completed in July, August and September 2013, respectively."

Also, for the BBs to regain strength, like one analyst mentioned few key events need to materialise :  1) significant resource to reserve conversion at BEK coalmine

2) earnings accretive acquisition of fresh mining concession that will help GER grow its coal production beyond 2016

3) realisation of higher coal prices as compared to their estimate and

4) announcement of maiden dividend payments.

Guess the Guru knows his homework, even if the BBs nosedive, he is still in a very safe position isn't.

This is the dicey bit, technically Moving Average Convergence Divergence is an indication, nobody can be certain which direction it will take.

Legal advisers still conducting their legal due diligence. Ultimately the governing bodies must be satisfied with the findings. Yes, now may seem attractive but can get even more attractive still ....

In the meantime, the Company has appointed Stamford Law Corporation as its legal adviser on Singapore law and ABNR as its legal adviser on Indonesian law as well as to conduct legal due diligence in respect of the Proposed Acquisitions. The Company is also currently in negotiations with and in the process of appointing Deloitte Jakarta to conduct financial and tax due diligence in respect of the Proposed Acquisitions. The due diligence will take place and be completed concurrently with the preparation and finalisation of the ITRs.

MACD signal  - weak, treading toward  00 bar over.  Bollinger -  narrower, support seen at 0.405c, resistant to breakout  for profiting is seen at 0.44c

With low volume play from Mar to April, it MACD  show sign of recovery...into late June to July.
