Founders of Skylight Abalone increased their shareholding to 6.03% of the enlarged share capital. The other strategic investor is renowned abalone restaurant in Asia, Ah Yat Abalone. Institutional investors include Dubai Investment Group, Guoco Group and Lehman Brothers. |

It has proposed an RTO of Oceanus Bio-Tech (OB). It will issue 1.35b new shares at $0.20 each. Best Global, a controlling shareholder of OB, agrees to warrant that the NPAT of OB for FY07 shall not be less than RMB150m. |
