The best is to tell the two joker 2.5c is too cheap, revise to new price and send it to EGM Chairman, once new price agree upon, news break, and request for trading halt, then price will cheongg...BBs will play again, just like lottsvis, meanwhile everyone is awaiting...for action..(Mon ?). |

Take profit on banjoo first and buy Fung Choi in the meantime Fundamentally, it has superb growth record. It has big potential since it is in the media and marketing industry. Technically, it broke a strong resistance line yesterday with high volume. Got profit just take but lost hold on..will be like Baker and Rowsley..need to consolidate for a while...meannwhile channel your fund to Jade,Oculus,Japan Land and Fung Choi still has upside....Banjoo EGM is on Mon 25June to thrash out 2.5 cts for 145million shares to 2 investors where mkt pric is 24cts and no moratarium on the new shares to be issued....ie instant profit of >$30m for these 2...but Banjoo is legally bound,,,how to solve this problem amicably and be fair to minority holders....those attending EGM plse register your strongest protest |

--the placements will never get approved from the shareholders next week ... who will be that stupid ??? Further to the announcement made on 6 November 2006 in relation to the proposed placement (the "Placement") of 145,000,000 new ordinary shares (the "Placement Shares") in the capital of Ban Joo & Company Limited (the "Company"), the Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "SGX-ST") has on 18 May 2007 granted its approval in-principle for the listing and quotation of the Placement Shares on the official list of the SGX-ST subject to the following: a) shareholders' approval at the forthcoming extraordinary general meeting to be convened; and b) submission of an undertaking from the Company to: - (i) make periodic announcements on the use of proceeds as and when the funds from the placement are materially disbursed; and - (ii) provide a status report on the use of the placement proceeds in the Company's annual report. The approval in-principle of the SGX-ST is not to be taken as an indication of the merits of the Placement or the Placement Shares. |

The technical picture is quite bullish, though... Today's pull-back to the break-out point on low volume is highly encouraging... as it conforms beautifully with good technical action...  |

Banjoo is legally bound to sell 145million shares at 2.5cts to the 2 new subscribers....a contract signed in 2006...minority shareholders can't do anything..SGX's delay in granting the approval for banjoo to place out the shares to these 2 persons....fat profits $30.45m(145m shares (23.5-2.5cts)....besides there is no mortoarium on the new 145m ...such large overhang...Banjoo how to reach 30cts |

Further to my posting on 20June in this thread Finally the news on FirstLink got announced..delayed by 1 week to wipe out the weak holders.Very happy for those making $ from first link...next plse lookt at Japanland 17cts and below grab...JadeTech 19.5cts and below...and Oculus 32.5cts and below just grab...the same group of pple are gaering up and going in/went in big amount..Good Luck folks and happy investing  Forget about Banjoo in the short term..difficult to cross 30cts..channel fund to the above counters for a quick ones within 2 weeks the most....yeah not forgetting Chinamilk.....just my views to share
