What?s Happened to Blumont, Asiasons and LionGold Post Reply Rate topic

The 3 designated stocks will be de-regulated (free for all to shoot or speculate) on Coming Monday Oct 21. It would surely allow players to decide better knowingly what SGX can share those info  with the public.

Most likely to gap up too but do trade carefully since we have seen what they can do and hurt ppl who are too greedy or carelessly. However their earnings definitely do not justify their once lofty share price, not forgetting also the fact that a high percentage of their profits are not in the form of cold hard cash. Having said, if investors still have the trust and can see in them the " gem" of the capability to produce greater growth and profits / earnings in the future to come, the prices now are definitely undervalued. However, in my own opinion and based on my own FA, anything above $1 is definitely too good to be true, at least for the next few years.. Not vested.. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Reading from thestar.com.my....board to focus on repairing damaged reputation..datuk azlan..the controlling shareholder.of asiason..say seeing from the report...the trigger of recent meltdown is an investment bank..they trigger blumont and.liongold but affect asiason hold liongold...maybe investment bank know major shareholder of lion and blumont share is in fiancing.a dropped in price will caused force selling by bank...maybe by them...I think only

But from what I can see, the main reason why they are making profits is because of fair value gains in their investments, which I believe is at most 1-time and non-recurring once they realise their gains. Offsetting this, they are actually incurring losses or negligible profits from other daily operations. Is there really potential in these 2 companies?? Just my own food for thought..
