On Tuesday, Cosco re-test the major support at $1.90 and closed at $1.80 with HIGH volume of 40.35 million shares traded.

An engulfing bearish line occurred (where a black candle’s real body completely contains the previous white candle’s real body).  The engulfing bearish pattern is bearish during an uptrend and signifies that the momentum may be shifting from the bulls to the bears.

Both RSI & MACD are turning bearish as RSI falls sharply today.

Important Resistance of Cosco: $1.90

Immediate Support of Cosco: $1.76

Currently prices are well above the 20/50/100/200 days MA.

Prices have been trending along the rising channel since May 2010 with the 100 days MA acting as a very strong support.

Today Cosco has a massive selling down and fell to $1.80 as traders run for exit since resistance at $1.90 does not seems to give way in short term.

We would not suggest buying this stock now but watch if prices can be hold at next support of $1.76 if vested.

SEE ANALYSIS FOR SGX


A better entry price will be near 100 days MA ($1.55) if possible.

Must learn to offload in batch for every profit up, and same goes to cut loss....   This will free out equity for re-entry or go the other direction... How much profit earned is not my concern, I just want to have consistent average profit.... Smiley

Aiya, I should have sold it yesterday when it was 1.9. :( Thought it will goes up higher...

I don't have many lots in this counter otherwise, will definitely sell in batch.

Got to wait again for it to reach 1.9. Will that happen?
