With the mother share now trading at 68cents, the Right issue should be at the value of 2cents leh cos after buying the right you need to top up another 66cents for Mother share.... Those who buy R at 6 or 6.5cents is very the HAI GONG leh...... Who wanna to buy the Right at 6 cents with the top up of 66 cents then to have the total cost of 72cents for Mother share, whereas now you only pay for 68cents to get the mother shares... Siao right..... |

anybody knows what's happening to the genting rights shares. I did not rcv any docs but noticed that it's started trading today @ $0.06 cts. |

Hi All, Yesterday I went to ATM to apply Genting right share but I couldn't see any Genting right share option appeared at the screen. Anyone know when the right share will be populated at ATM? |

The Fed, etc, fighting the market fall can be like fighting natural storms... It depends on how severe the underlying cause is... ie. there's a limit to how much humans can do to stem natural phenomena.. and the stock market is no less a part of natural phenomena...

Dow Jones up 233 pts on Friday, come Monday Genting will follow STI direction. Caution is name of the game for investors on Monday as the credit crunch is not over yet. There will be up & down as FED is fighting to bring back confident in the market. One day up when FED announce rate cut & one day down when news of the credit problem comes again. Folks, this is good opportunity & is a good time to practice your trading skills of buy low & sell high. Those with shorting skills will have the opportunity to do so also as the variance in one day is tremendous. Happy investing / trading & I wish all good luck. |

I think the art of playing this counter is dump mother share and buy the right issue. If the mother share price fall below 0.60 cents, then dun buy right issue, buy back the mother share when the market start to cool off. |

the dow future is climbing higher in the red, now is -38. this counter will drop further below 60 cents, the right issue will have no taker. Maybe it is time to re-value the right issue to 40 cents at this current market sentiment. |
