Mine is purely a technical short-term trade. Siince there appears to be quite a 'robust' virtual floor for Centrillion's price, I am still holding it for a possible quickie exit anytime now. Anyway, thnx for the advice. |

http://research.uobkayhian.com ipunter, why don't put ur $$ into a counter that you hope will pull up that 'another' coz' tat sentence already shows you believe in it? With the demand of copper (even semi-conductor are using copper to replace aluminium for more advance manufacturing technology) and inventories shortfall, over long term (holding period >12months) it is a good company. |

Singapore-listed Enviro-Hub to buy rest of unit Cimelia for 58.08 mln sgd SINGAPORE (XFN-ASIA) - Enviro-Hub Holdings (formerly Leong Hin Holdings Ltd) has agreed to buy the 36.3 pct of electronics waste recycler Cimelia Resource Recovery Pte Ltd that it does not own for 58.08 mln shares in an all-share deal, Enviro-Hub said. The deal will make Cimelia a wholly-owned subsidiary of Enviro-Hub, enabling the group to consolidate and integrate its electronics recycling business to achieve operational synergies, greater economies of scale and eliminate third-party transactions, Enviro-Hub said. Enviro-Hub said it would issue 138 mln new shares at 0.422 sgd each to the other shareholders in Cimelia. Separately, Enviro-Hub said one of its substantial shareholders, Raymond Ng, had agreed to buy 40 mln more Enviro-Hub shares from one of the shareholders in Cimelia for the same price. Ng's purchase of more Enviro-Hub shares is meant to keep his shareholding above 30 pct after the new shares are issued, but this is subject to Ng being exempted from making a takeover bid for the rest of Enviro-Hub. Enviro-Hub is suspended from trading today. It last traded Friday, when it closed 0.015 sgd lower at 0.465. |
