Announces Approval of Plan of Liquidation and Dissolution by Board of Directors and Filing of Proxy Materials With the SEC MENLO PARK, Calif., May 15, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- XTENT, Inc.
