When analyst/institution want to upgrade/downgrade a company share, their views will always have something or argument to support themselves, call it "push and dump" or "hit and run" or "hide and seek" or whatever to their own advantage because they do buy and sell too. When one is playing this stock game, one must be prepared to take the heat , be it up or down….the big boys are also fighting among themselves…..good luck to all , even the word " believe" in between hiding another word "lie",
