If Half Year is 12.119MM and Q3 is -4MM. That means the contract income would alone be 10M or more not considering other concurrent projects. I would go for the safe side. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The Board advises that the quarterly results are being finalised and will be released on or before the 15th May 2008. As a result of the required provision, the Board anticipates the third quarter loss will not exceed A$4 million for the Group. AusGroup 1H already profit 12.119M after Tax....so now they already know the results as finalized...jux not announced yet till 15th May...so i believe so when they say 3rd Quarter loss will not exceed tt amt...it is credible...as calculated already | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Further to the announcement on Friday 25th April 2008, the Board of
Directors wishes to provide more details on the profit warning issued. The reason for the quarterly loss relates to contractual issues around a single project being undertaken by the Australian subsidiary of the Group. Management is in discussions with the client with a view to resolve all contractual issues in a timely and amicable manner. For the purposes of preparing the 3rd Quarter results, the Board has taken a conservative view on this project and to be prudent has made the required provision. The Board advises that the quarterly results are being finalised and will be released on or before the 15th May 2008. As a result of the required provision, the Board anticipates the third quarter loss will not exceed A$4 million for the Group. Clearly where is the transparency? Legal matters is not come just overnight, it should have notice much earlier. Why wait till Mar result is prepared? I will dump the moment the market opens. So disappointed as I have calling it a good counter. |

 for the CFO bought the share, it means the share should be more Gem in future. The CFO will take it bonus n invest on it, 1stly they r well paid in salary. So they have the extra $$$ to invest init bcos they r the one whole know the inside story then we are, I mean the account. For me long term play for this stock.
What I play is short term momentum, thru various TA indicate which I have set up my own. Maybe I am wrong, so for those it is better that they do their own research n play at their own risk.

TA wise it shows that 23 April gain was with a very high volume..MACD signal was in positive region...thus there were no signs of it coming down actually...is this reporting of 3Quarter loss of extremely big impact in actual fact? 1 thing i m curious of...since they know they r gonna report this possible loss...why is it that the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) still buy in recently...there might be something of reason man`

 the TA aldy shown high on 23 April, so its should be on the way down, Now market is totally
different from last time. Must play with cautious. Its seem your play is on long term, so fo long term its will take about 9 ~ 15 month to reach the peak. So what should u do now?? Learn from experience n study n improve your skill for trading in share markets. |
