Dun ever buy IPO , if you believe you can make money out of it when the original venture capitalist has already sucked neat and sweet for you to sit in for good. I want nobody nobody but you, if you sing it for IPO or even the night before IPO got listing after you applied ATM, most likely the WONDERGIRLS have left from South Korea to avoid North Korea arty attack. You are still dreaming Mr Kim is making peace. |

This IPO got N.M. (No Meaning). Why dun they list some where else, not here lah... where got pple's selling like that one, the more I read through, more "Bo Twee Pee" (Something not right lehh) Expensive Neber nind then again came from the same flock that they bot over in 2007, and now 2010, the same pple's is selling even more expensive then before in the name call IPO (on offer). Beware dun get burnt by been naive, best dun touch. Leave this "hot potato" to d Angmo to hop this baby. |

Take look at the IPOs listed in the SGX in the recent months and determine how many have submarined and how many have just above water marginally. Only one or two really have gained much.

Hi Anthony, what I can gauge from here is MS has a duty as one of the underwriters to stabilize the share prices in the 1st few days after listing should prices fall below its IPO price. this 30m shares are borrowed from the vendors should the response to the IPO offer is good, this extra 30m shares will be allotted to subscribers. of course, MS will get a fee for providing such services which should cover under the underwriting agreement between MS and the IPO company. Make love more, don't make more enemies |

The vendor has granted M.S. an over-allotment option of 30 million shares in undertaking stabilising actions.The share price was not mentioned in this respect. Is it $1.30 per share? Anyone can share? If the share price is very much lower than the offer price of $1.30, than M.S. has the upper hand lor. Different level ball game. |

Like i said B4, why SGX would like to go for ASX mega deal. UBS & DBS Bank (joint lead mgrs) for Yangzijiang Shipbuilding IPO is S?pore's largest so far this year. And more choices are in the offing. 'The reason is that the foreign merchant banks have finally realised that there is a really huge Sing dollar deposit base in Singapore that is extremely hungry for 4-5% interest-yielding. In today, a more volatile market environment, yield-driven structures such as Reits and business trusts will continue to do well. Related link.
