Hi teeth53,

Care to shed some lights on the total share float say if all the warrant outstanding are all converted into company shares at 0.005 ct ?

Too many figures a bit confusing...

As Bryan say........maybe due to the recent good article about it..having no debts... give rise to interest and exit chance for BB.. to sell off all their converted shares at 0.005 to instant 2X profits ?

The Board of Directors of mDR Limited (the “Co”) wishes to announce that the issued share capital of the Co has increased from 6,459,290,654 ordinary shares to 6,527,951,986 ordinary shares by way of allotment and issuance of 68,661,332 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 68,661,332 Warrants (W140925) at the exercise price of S$0.005 for each new ordinary share on 26 March 2012.

These new ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, and are expected to be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited with effect from 28 March 2012.

The total outstanding Warrants (W140925) remaining after the aforesaid exercise is 6,110,914,327.

ENG HENG NEE PHILIP -- it very naturely for him to exercise it mother and warrant shr as he is granted optioned at 0.005 cts.

News from SGX Exch...as of Mar 13, 2012. NOTICE OF A DIRECTOR'S (INCLUDING A DIR WHO IS A SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDER).

1) Exercise of 2,419,000 share option granted pursuant to MDR Share Option Scheme 2003 on 13 March 2012.
2) Exercise of 45,266,664 warrants pursuant to Rights cum Warrants Issue on 13 March 2012.

Footnotes: The % of issued share capital is based on (Mar 13, 2012) 6,417,084,654 ordinary shares of the company.
The % is calculated based on (Dec 2011), 6,318,223,657 ordinary shares of the company.

while we may hav to pay more as shr price move up more and more, as players play and paying attention to tis horse called MDR...Happi trading...:)

Hopefully company do it other way to reduce floating share... via share buy back and cancel..

But after issuing so much shares and warrant... to get the funds... it would be unlikely that the company would use the funds to buy back their own share and cancel them..

Further they are talking about looking for potential business with good profit margin to invest..so they would likely keep the cash...for acquisitions.... so that leave it with no other choice but to consolidate to shrink share float....in due time..maybe not so sound.. as new shares and warrants just issued out...it won't be good to do it now...

Just some personal analysis. For ppl whom are long... no need to look...daily.... look it again in 6 months down the road.. it could move 2-3 cents by then....the only thing would be ... consolidation..worry... its true that so far those company that have consolidated did quite badly with price falls back to just slightly higher than pre consolidation price.. initially doesn't loose value..but over time..when it fall back close to per-consolidated time.... it could be nightmarish.. really..... Abterra Ltd... was..one of the case... now look at the demand and share value.. from afre consolidate price over $1... now struggling at near 60 cents and no demand..

Could get on at 0.012 good chance... as selling que at 0.014 too big horde.

and at 0.013....bidding very small... many whom had want to sell off at 0.014 would ...let go quick at 0.013..

0.013 que than deplete very quickly..so next bid would be 0.012.... those originally asked at 0.013...would ... loose their patient and do a quick let go at 0.012...

So 0.012 ... is the price ..you got good chance getting based on the pattern...if too many holders wants let go at 0.012.....it could deplete fast..and may fall to 0.011 at near day end...

Holder whom already hold big lots can add more at 0.011 .... can try. If can't get its still ok. As you already hold big lots. Any extra at low would be good but no necessary..not averaging prices down... so its ok..

I'm also waiting the the price to fall back a bit than get back in again. Counter is always there, pocket the profit first, later on just wait and see! :)

mmm...but i realized, towards the last half an hour, there will always be huge buy-ups, and will usually clear the sell q. Wonder what's the ploy. no doubt that there are many profit-takers, but it seems like there are still many parties interested in accumulating?

i cleared 2/3 of my holdings at 1.3c as well. not sure if it's a good choice. definitely waiting to get back in again.

Why was the selling quantity so huge ?

From what I experience from other stocks- huge volume transaction usually happens when " substantive" holders sell in open market in big lots....hundred of millions.....

Look out for announcement at SGX, if substantive holders sell, company must report it to shareholders via announcement thru SGX website.

mmm...i might divest more. it seems like the price is inflated due to a lot of optimism and " potential" of the company. do you guys think the current px is over the valuation of the co based on its most recent performance?

Current trading prices will be maintain while BBs is trying to convert as much as possible, less in volume traded.

Next stage, BBs will oso push higher if possible, oso dependable on, will be up to players on how mkt is been play out and better hope this few days DOW, China and Euro don do too much volatile in their trading...
