ar bo then! i am expecting good numbers lah..but dividens i dun know..if reinvesting in plants..maybe will not get..but i still like midas! because in time to come..asia will be connected by high speed train..transporting talents, exports and imports, connecting asia to the rest of the world through high speed rails, using efficient magnetic power and cutting down on global pollution.. trains are the next generation of transport! china to india to sea to russia to europe and even under sea tunnnels..so exciting! i can even forsee railway tracks build up a mountain to power shuttles up into space using magnetic force..all this done by rails.. so i hope my dear friends who are vested, hold on and dont be swayed by media, invest in value and vision! |

The news: Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive, made up of a) a RMB33m order for 120 train cars for Kunming Metro project over 2H11 to 2013, and b) a RMB62m order for 192 train cars for Guangzhou Metro Lines 1, 2 and 8 over 2H11 and 2012. Midas announced that it had secured two metro contracts worth RMB95m from CSROur thoughts: to 82% and 35% of our FY11 and FY12 estimates for extrusion revenue are now backed by announced order wins respectively. We maintain our RMB700m and RMB750m order wins

Reversal depends on the following: 1)Favourable result 1H11 2)Closing price of midas today > 40c 3)favourable us and europe mkt performance later tonight Im thinking more towards reversal. Reasons being TA wise, grossly oversold, and depending on today close, it seems that Midas has completed a 5 wave downwards move from $1. FA wise reasonably sound(less railway contracts in ST but can be compensated with metro contracts win). Good also that yuan$ is appreciating. if not the short term, buy and hold for LT would make a btr reward:risk |
