The acq price was US$60m and Goldnature has a NAV of US$16m… Acq is to be paid in cash and both BVI companies will become Genting’s subsidiaries. Note that this appears to be a deviation from co’s core gaming business and although a relatively small acq, will not be read positively by mkt.

But in the pre-close trading period, it shoot back to $2.08 with a White Candlestick. This took me by surprise. At this stage, Noble Grp has a 50/50 chance of moving both ways. If it moves up, the immediate resistance is at $2.15. If it breaks above this resistance, it can climb to $2.24. My stop-loss is at $2.15. If it moves down, it could fall all the way to $1.92. The next few trading days will be interesting to watch

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Alex.. noble macd bearish divergence... just exited the kumou.. possibily down.. only thing stopping me is that it's on the support line of 15/03 draw to the bottom at 06/05 to today.. might bounce of this given rsi is already close to oversold region. However, stochs and everything else suggest down .... so yea.. i would say short.
