Sentiment almost the same during Lehman Brother's crash. Once over, all counters' price will be up.

They do have some high speed rail jobs but do not that this is substantial part of their overall business. In any case, this high speed rail suspension is only temporary. There will be some adjustments and additional safety measures but it will restart before you know it. The bombed out price is clearly a buying opportunity. NOT FOR SHORT TERM TRADES THOUGH.
