Also don't any how average down if the company does not has the quality of good mgmt,good business growth,good cash flow,making good profits,pays dividends every year,low PE, directors buying back shares etc. Penny stock longer term can generate better returns than blue chips if they have qualites of those I hv mentioned above.. Trade cautiously. But                       those who can't stand the thought of making                             their losses bigger and bigger will never do it...
