BEIJING (Reuters) - China will invest about 1.27 trillion yuan ($199 billion) to build subways and light rail lines during the current five-year plan ending in 2015 to ease traffic congestion and spur urban development, the official China Securities Journal reported on Friday. The newspaper, without identifying sources, said local governments would finance 35 percent of the bill and the rest would come from commercial banks, China Development Bank as well as other channels. The National Development and Reform Commission, China's powerful economic planner, will also provide low interest loans via China Development Bank, one of the country's three policy lenders, it added. That includes new investment of 170 billion yuan in the capital city of Beijing in the years up to 2015, adding six new lines to the crowded city's underground and light rail network. Overall, most of the counters are downtrend. Be it blue chip, large cap, small cap stocks, etc, almost all down. As along as there is some commotion in Europe or US, big sell down starts. Many people now fear due to global situation so dump their holdings. Prices get even lower because another group of people is trying to add on to push down further. Nevertheless, after this kind of situation is over, it will make many people wealthy. The question now is whether do you know how to choose good fundamental companies to park your $$ with. Frankly, this kind of situation is not the 1st time in the world and is not the worst. I knew of an old man who bought a counter at only $0.08 during lehman crash. His capital used was $400K, all dumped into 1 company. He sold all at $0.30 this year. Do your calculation. He is now at least 1.5 millionaire. |

TA only or FA only will not make money. TA and FA is a must have to at least make some money. FA told me since Jan this will happen eventually, but never tell me when will happen. TA from Bintang told me when it will happen but never tell me why it happen. I don't understand this kind of profit and DIV deserve a 99cts, so I sold it for some profit. Not even 1 MFT say sell. It is still a buy call from MFT but at 65cts. Showing you a trend you want to see.

Fundamentals are only for people who love their stocks. A strict trader needs only the stock chart and concentrate all his attention on the chart alone. If he/she bothers about fundamentals at any point while trading, that will affect his/her trading mind, and thus subject to making mistakes in trading...
