thats will be the most fun part of the game. To me, buying a counter is not speculating, we invest in the potential of the company. It may look 3.64-3.65 may be too early to vest. But when it goes up to 4.60, then u question why u never buy when it is 3.60? Thats the decision we have to make. I buy cos i think it is cheap, as the counter maybe valued around 5.60, after discount RAV should be more than 4.49 level. So i vested in, from 3.60 , all the way up to 3.90 previously. If i had spare cash, i may thinking to buy some. I am preparing to hold at least for another 6 months... and hopfully with good diviend payout (10.5 centts min) . Just my own view.... | ||||

buy and hold- for long term view. Last year "hate" list , may become this yr "darling". Depend much on China progress, if the measure taken could maintain growth in a steady tune, then maybe good for Capland. CDL also entered into china 3 months ago(if i am nt wrong) so is wilmar. If the china market is not favourable, why these companies still entered the market? there must be a reason in it. So, i can see china govt is doing things right. Once inflation in control, properties will rise again. Capland will shine ... Gives this unwanted counter few months before funds realise this jewel.... |

resistance at 3.87. and support at 3.60. From what i see, ss=dd. it will eventually move to resistance before breaks which again depend on dd. |

today expect capland to move alittle, hpe it could try at 3.70-2 leve, before closing at 3.77 end week for cny. In feb, crucial as it is announcing full yr result- 0.125 above div, if not , price might not move up. my view |

my view on capitaland is still a gem. it how ppl values this gem at this moment of the price. recently got call at 460 by one of the mft. i think market are re-evaluating the flood in queenland. | ||||

Can all the cooling measures work? Will this force the potential investors to invest proeprties somewhere else? If the buying of properties come to a halt, then, the price depreciates to what extend, no one knows. Its a testing strategy whereby, can our government see that or they really have some plans out there if the adverse effect happens? |

I thought it is a good sign when government interfere to curb demand, and with a reasonable earning and book value (which assuming future value has not been priced in), I guess it is a good time to accumulate from market over-reaction. |
