Those problem counters have already out of the ring . The rest may struggled to live on , some laggard behind , n some still  are advancing . Firstly it must break the neckline at 0.54 , then to penetrate the neckline with huge volume will confirm the pattern formed. By measurement, the final target will be 1.00. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Since DBS is upgrading  Epure 's fair price to 64 cents ,  now the only obstacle is at  54.5 cents , Look at the chart , the momemtum is turning up from negative , aroon weekly is intact ,ADX is turning up as well . Crossing 54.5 cents with high volume should be able to get 66.5 cents .

Look at the big picture , the high at 54.5 cents most probably is the neckline of the inverted H&S pattern , therefore when the price moves towards this line , it will pull back immediately . This movement may last for a certain period until enough momemtum to push the price up . Once the  H&S pattern is formed  , the price should move up substantially .
