jackjames, not that I have the "balls"; just that I have already lost tons of money on this pathetic stock, so even if I technical shorted and the price recovers, the difference is not very much. Imagine that I bought during IPO.... Also, from the way that LMA did not even buy back its shares even after such heavy drop, the odds of falling further is higher. So, just a matter of assessing which is the more likely scenario - higher or lower. I chose lower, so I shorted. Hope I can recover back a sizeable portion of my loss ..... wish me luck, and wish that the LMA management keep on "sleeping" and never wakes up. |

Sad. It failed to stage a technical rebound today. If a stock that crashed over 30% on a single day (high vol) n then headed south again (high vol) it means super bearish sentiment. Stampede to exit is coming - when forced selling kicks in (not yet) coupled with the more Funds unwinding their positions following downgrades by Brokerage houses. |

closed at 0.38, touch down lowest at 0.375.. doshur, u must know the sell down are in huge lots after the lunch time... stewartgoh, respect you shorting at 0.40, I don't think I got balls to short at 0.40, LOL... damn.. I am at the queue at 0.37, but again, my buy queue for tomorrow "raised down" to 0.35 .... :) |

Though more buying volume but quite a few large selldowns. Meaning LMA has not done share buy-back. Maybe can do technical short again tomorrow. Bit by bit at least can recoup some losses since IPO.... |

buy volume still shows more than selling volume, IE, more buyers than sellers. yet price go down. i will wait for it to cheong. |

I got a lady friend which is married, her husband was quite handsome but very lazy type..everyday her husband keep bullying her by scolding,slapping and even hitting her after drunk....he don't even bring money home as he got no work so we tell her to go divorce but she said that 1 day her husband will change...just wait......... |

Shorted @$0.40, cover back @$0.385. Not bad .... the inept LMA management is actually allowing me to profit to cover my losses over so many years since IPO! |

Been vested in this lousy stock thinking it will appreciate with the good earning record. Since the LMA management issued the profit warning, I have made money by shorting this lousy stock over and over again! This is surprising. Going by the way it is trending, and that the company is doing absolutely NOTHING about it despite having a share buy-back scheme, it is definitely a good shorting candidate. Still some more meat left to short. I think the company is backrupt because of the long and winding lawsuits.... |

Tks shplayer for the "golden" words of advice, which may not be true for all shares. Unfortunately, just because of a profit warning, LMA placement holders have over-reacted? Shares with earnings visibilities would not be "whacked down" so easily. Less I am labelled as being "garrulous", many other shares have moved north in spite of not being profitable. Unfortunately, LMA manipulators are different! |

Hi hikitty, Bank interest is really very low..only 2% so i don't really like to place money there but if i had bought LMA on 11 oct which i last posted in this forum i would have bought it at $0.55 and so now i would have even lose some of my principle amount instead of getting the 2% interest.....by the way i am only telling people that do not fall in LOVE with any counter....if any of u feel that LMA is a very very very good counter,i am sure to tell u all that there are lots of even greater counter with good funtamentals and giving out good dividend which is better than 2% out there......when trading share please do not fall in LOVE with any counter....... |

We are not worry, but very happy to see gold is in making soon, heeee... what goes down must goes up.. we are just waiting for better opportunities at better price, 0.385, hmmm... not cheap enough.. in fact sell queue at 0.39 getting larger and larger we just want to tikam as cheap as possible... we will be in the same boat soon, cheers. from 0.385 to 0.56, that is 45% gain, kau... this fish, we all want to eat :) |

HI jackjames and all SJ members The closing para of LMA's announcement (reproduced below) gives me the confidence that LMA will turn around as from 2008: Overall, the Group is pleased with its performance in North America where sales teams continue to regain lost customer accounts, and with the performance of its Australian subsidiary LMA PacMed. The availability of the Size 5 LMA SupremeTM at the end of this year, and the completion of the restructuring of the International West Sales division, will provide a stronger platform for growth and contribute positively to the Group?s financial performance for FY2008. Tks for your "hawk-eyed" observation. Shall see what happens on Wed (T+3) or Fri (T+5) - if there are more contra players, LMA shd dip further? If there's no serious dip by then, LMA shd be on its road to recovery? Don't worry, be happy - LMA shd see better days soon. first question (1) what do u mean by holding until turn around in year 2008? You mean something big is going to be announced in Year 2008 ? second question (2) if you look at the buy and sell volumes on last friday, you will know most of them are "contra players" or small fly like you and me, only purchase between 20 lots to 100 lots. well, no worries la. I am keen in this counter with such a cheap price, on the queue 50 lots at 0.36, wish me luck, no hurry though.. but again, I think the price will drop further if they do not break 0.40 cent this 2, 3 days... but not to forget, the real results is not announced yet.. if the results is really too ugly, there will be another sell down.. it is more or less like chemoil profit warning, BUT..... BUT good thing is the chairman Robert keep purchasing the stocks, and boost the confidence level of all the investors... but LMA, eeehhmm.... they do "zero" thing.. even at such a cheap price, they also did not take any action, and now u tell me, as a fans of LMA, you still can "tahan" this kind of management meh? at least, show some efforts la.. like chairman bought 100 lots at 0.39, to calm the public nerve mah... correct or not? |

Hi jackjames Pse don't assume that all are "contra players". They may be long-term value investors,. buying to hold till the turnaround in 2008 (only a few months to go,eh!) |

beware, contra players (0.39 * 0.395) eyeing to let go before this Thursday, with no breakout at this point of time (standing still @ 0.39) .. I would expect a sharp price decline by Thursday while contra players cutting loss.. and that would be our chance to enter big time ! In fact, I notice some pretty huge lots buying up at 0.40 & 0.405 this early morning.. after thursday we should get ready to take off. |
