x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Singapore's CWT to place out 55 mln new shares at 0.83 sgd per share      6/7/2007 4:12:00 PM  SINGAPORE (XFN-ASIA) - CWT Ltd plans to place out 55 mln new shares, the equivalent of 10.59 pct of its present share capital, at 0.83 sgd each, the company said. The placement price is a 4.99 pct discount to the weighted average price of 0.87 sgd per share for CWT stock yesterday. The company said a group of shareholders had agreed to sell a combined 28 mln shares already on issue at the same price. The company said the proceeds of about 44.71 mln sgd would be used for business expansion, including capital expenditure on the development of logistics infrastructure, and for general working capital. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	i think this is normal . the rights subscription period is over, so all the rights stock u hold goes to 0 but is recorded by CDP. when the final rights entitlement is complete, including distribution of excess rights, then your CDP account will be updated accordingly and they should send u a letter. if still in doubt best to call CDP. good luck
