A bit confuse, wanting to average but not sure. However from history, if company is good it will surely rebound. Still scare, dun know what's bottom price.

Hi Bon, when BBs do such trade like u mentioned here, What is the likely implication? Does it mean they are pushing it down so to accumlating or they are just dumpimg away this counter? Pls advice

Viking is not on the radar screen of the big investors.. so i'm not surprised that it got sold down pretty badly.. thin vol/small cap..easy to sell down in fact this could be a perfect opportunity for the big investors to scoop this up cheap n start spreading the bad news abt this company to get it even cheaper.. sharks will always be sharks.. just gotta eat their fins during chinese wedding dinners..keke bulk of viking's revenue is from viking HVAC so i'm not worried..in fact i'm buying more.. i remember the same scenario happened in terms of share price with unitedenviro tech.. focus on the big picture..the small distractions along the way are targeted to throw u off.. just hold on tight gd luck |

hmm i agree the co. is gd, with good outlooks too. but in the short run it may be affected by this lawsuit case. with the appointment of the receiver, it should mean MAP is insolvent, even if viking manage to get all 2.2 million debt back, it still has its investment of 19% in MAP. after paying all its debtors, it is unlikely MAP has much left for its shareholders. so viking qe3 should be affected by this? but i think the mkt has overreacted too, waiting for this to bottom out, and enter :) any sifu got advice or tips can give?

This marine accomm company is actually one of the main core business Viking want to / have already purchased with up to 51% controlling power. However after things seems ok and then later, marine accomm boss refuse to fullfill his words to sell his company, the Viking had no choice but only still involved at about 19% of its stake. When this happened, it's spoiled viking plan of achieving 100miilion revenue because the marine accomm with only 19% shares is not consider a subsidy of Viking's group and revenue will not be in Viking reporting revenues. This I think is important because viking is trying very hard to upgrade its listing to MAIN BOARD (with sgx requirement's of revenues), and now seems that marine accomm is giving viking unforseen problems. With this lawsuit, it is obvious the relationship between the 2 companies is sour and diffcuilt to be repair. Next wondering who's selling the shares at such a rush for viking is at good company profile (only the stock price is not reflecting actual value). My personal views after this problems surface is Viking shares has not been moving because there are tug of war problems internally within/arising from internal issues. My take is after these commotions is over, should be return to fair value as OCBC target price og 25cents. Has anyone got anythings to share? |

This lawsuit thing....ppl really over react alot. Hai Singapore investor really kia su kia si... But Viking is also quite disappointing...in its share price. Hope Viking management do something to enhance we investor confident.

Bro, when it is 16.5cts u shout cheap -- below NAV. Now 14cts u shout freaking cheap. I suggest u stay out for awhile better, cause u might be able to buy even lower price later. Just apiece of advice, dun get emotional & respect the trend. Good luck to all of us

This stock is so damn disappointing , invested since 09 but has been on the drop ever since .. even posting more then 10 fold earning cant propel its stock value instead news of lawsuit immediately plunged its stock price . anyways this stock seems manipulated , notice that a few days before the announcement of the law suit , people are already selling it slowly . i guess i got no choice now but to hold on to the stock , lost too much , prob will average down if it reaches 10cents , now that the downtrend is set . |
