Knowingly - nearer to ending date, warrant (W140925) shr is going  less valuable  and at same time if and when remaining warrant expired. It worthless. Be then. Let say MDr mother shr is trading, let  say at  0.03 and knowingly warrant is getting less valued. One have to folk out more, for Eg: let say still got 3 mths for warrant to expired, it value may fall to say,  to 0.006 cts. Sept 2014, there after is worthless, (unless share holder  agree through  special AGM,  wanted badly to extend it, it not it lapse). As the date goes nearer and neaer to end date, it can  get less and less valuable, so right fully, now is the best time, then again. To convert warrant B4  it ending in Sept 2014,  timing is always up to each vested individual players. For Eg no-1: if one is vested (warrant bought at 0.008 cts) and mother share last done at 0.013 cts. The  different is 0.005 cts between mother shr  and it warrant shr  traded, this different of 0.005 cts will hav  to make up by paying cash (for conversion to mother share), on top of those commission, stamp fee  and others fees. So mother share is 0.013 cts ++. Eg no-2 if someone else  vested (warrant bought at 0.009 cts) and if mother share last done remain at 0.013cts. the different is 0.004 cts to pay up (for warrant shr to be convert into mother shr). Notice BBs will be letting all player know. Let play it up...and oni those few BBs is the biggest cashcow...LOL to the banks, with help from alot of  players who push and push and push....till one fine day.        (original stake was granted right, conversion at 0.005, so no matter how high it goes for either warrant or mother shr, it make no different, as convert price still stand at 0.005 cts)

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Its so obvious. No further elaboration is needed. Many holders got their warrants via accepting of rights cum warrants exerciser. :) But they deserved their reward la. They have faith of the company when other look the other way. Some perhaps was laughing at this people when they took up the companies offer. They took the risk, they get rewarded for their faith in the company. It looks like a sinking boat where many holder lost faith and jump out from it. Now that the boat did not sink and its sailing...swiftly again. those whom did not abandon it when it looks quite certain that its going down gets their reward. And fully deserved so. I meant those that went in when it was 0.003 ...and  when it doesn't look good at that point of time. However, those that  got on to long before is probably still nursing their wounds.    On other hand many get serious y burnt financially because of it too. (I hope) :) Formula to better analyze  corresponding value.: Let X be the latest traded Share price or market value. ( variable.) Let Y be the latest warrant traded price.    or market value.  (variable) 0.005 is a Fix price you have to pay when you wants to convert a warrant into the mother share. The following will be true or it'll adjust itself: as X changes. X = Y + 0.005 CENT Thats is why, when MDR share price goes up, the warrant traded price also command higher market value. Same for the opposite, IF  MDR share price falls,  the Warrant will also fall correspondingly Sorry if I cause further confusion instead of originally intent. My explanation may not be perfect.
