From high of more than $1.00 ($3.00 post-consolidation) to what it is now ($0.1566 pre-consolidation). Market is not that stupid. There is a reason why it fell so much. Do not be tempted by what you think is cheap. There is a reason why it is cheap otherwise the management will just do a privatisation already instead of a share consolidation.
