It is stopping  for a while  for now and  present those who missed earlier a good opportunity to buy from those short term contra  passengers. Anchun is on a strong recovery and it is the best time to get onbard this north bound train: 1) It has cash of $44m with cash/share at  8.7cts. The $27m it raised during IPO in Oct 2011 is still largely untapped. Buying at around 10.7cts is like paying 2cts for the share now. 2) 80% of Anchun's shareholders are funds or high networth people, leaving only around 100m shares in the hand of retail investors. From the transaction history, these major shareholders seem to have bought into Anchun near IPO price of 28cts and there is no evidence that they sold when Anchun's price  got beaten down  durng  last 3 yrs. It is unlikely that they will sell and the likely action they take is to do cost averaging as Anchun starts to present a strong promising future. 3) Anchun's customers [about 400+] in the petro-chemical and fertilizer industries have not done major upgrade or capacity expansion during the last 3 yrs due to economy slow down. However, they are now under the pressure to invest as price of vegetables are rising fast and there is a strong pressure from China gov to reduce pollution and improve operational efficiency. I would expect the new china leaders led by Xi [pro-agri] will announce certain incentives [like our PIC scheme that give 60% grants to SMEs for productivity upgrade] to these industries for them to modernize. 4) Anchun has two killer products that are solution for the petro-chemical and fertilizer industries. The two products use the technologies invented by the CEO of Anchun and are protected by patents: a)  CO shift reactor  which convert  CO gas to useful gas for  petrochemical and fertilizer plants. It has  successfully tested the product with one fertilizer compay  over last few yrs and recently secure  another project. It is in talks with many customers  to implement CO shift reactor recently. b) JD3000 Ammonia Synthesis Reactor System that  produces  1100 tons of ammonia per day. The reactor  reduces energy consumption  with  energy saving of RMB63m per year as evaluated by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association. The association has  strongly endorsed the product and opined that it is world-class. It hsa recomended to speed up the implementation  in China so that they  do not have to rely on imported technology. c) Anchun has successfully patented another technology aimed for coal-fired power plant in Dec 2012. It is working on industrial application in 2013. With so many coal-fired power plants in china, this will present huge biz opportunity in future. d) Anchun also sells catalysts which are necessary materials for petro-chemical and fertilizer plants and provide recurring income for Anchun. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Hi Virgoan, Two products that will be strong drivers for 2013 1) CO shift reactor which uses Isothermal Low Temperature High CO Shift Tech (patented by Anchun). The reactor convert CO to other useful gas instead of burning them away and create pollution to the environment. 2) Ammonia Synthesis Reactor System which can produce large quantity of ammonia at much cheaper energy. can save up to RMB63.74m per reactor per year. If I am not wrong, it has successfully applied for another patent on tech that can improve efficiency for coal power plant. This new tech will enter into industrial application this yr. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	It cleared 10cts. Anchun has established a suite of strong products over the last few years and it now has the whole china market to market and sell them. We should see it going back to IPO price at 28cts within the next few months. It is a good investment to hold in 2013 when China is in need of great products to reduce pollution.
