Over the next few years, the construction of the integrated resorts and the recently-announced multi-billion dollar petrochemicals, refi neries and LNG projects in the region, are poised to boost our economy and open opportunities for businesses in our country. To prepare SSH for these opportunities and meet the challenges ahead, we need to upgrade and better integrate our businesses. KS Energy is still halted. Looks like something major rather than winning contracts. Shares of SSH surged in the late afternoon after KS is halted. ANybody got news to share rather than wait for SGX announcement? |

KS Energy closed at $2.69. Aqua-Terra closed at $0.535. SSH closed at 29c. In absolute price terms, SSH is the lowest among the 3 counters. SSH could have room to move further. Just my opinion. |

Wiluan aims for speedy merger of three companies INDONESIAN tycoon Kris Wiluan says he hopes to officially merge the trio of KS Energy, Aqua Terra Supply (ATS) and SSH Corp 'as soon as possible' to enable the Singapore group to bid more effectively for large oil-and-gas projects overseas, including for Middle East players like Qatar Petroleum and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company. Mr Wiluan, who is ATS CEO and chairman, said that 'we have been talking to Qatar Petroleum and Adnoc, and you need a big market cap to deal with such big projects there'. |
